Located on the Brumado farm, in Mogi-Mirim, in the interior of Sao Paulo, Brazil, is a group of artisans that work with leaves such as magnolia, avocado, and fig, among others. The leaves are collected the day before production. Only leaves that naturally fall from the trees in a natural renewal process are used. The leaves are cooked at a high temperature and then washed one by one, with great care, so that the chlorophyll is removed, revealing its veins. The leaves are then dried. They can be left in the natural color, which are earthy and neutral tones, or can be lightened and dyed in diverse colors.
